"For I am confident that He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion” Philippians 1:6 Did you know that there are more than just one kind of arrow? You have wooden arrows, fiberglass arrows, aluminum arrows, carbon arrows, and composite arrows just to name a few (learn more about each of them here). Have you ever held one in your hands or better yet, went to an open archery range? It is recorded that the furthest an arrow has flown is 1884 metres shot with a foot bow and the record for a modern recurve bow is 1222 metres. And the farthest accurate shot in archery under World Archery conditions is 283.47 m (930.04 ft) by Matt Stutzman. Did I also mention, Matt is an armless archer, (read about his incredible story). I believe, our lives and our decisions are similar to arrows attempting to hit the mark of whatever it is we are passionately pursuing in our careers, in ministry or in life. You see, here's the thing about arrows, they only go in one direction, forward. It's creative purpose is to hit the mark and make it count. Now, in order to accomplish this, we need to understand that arrows are made up of unique pieces that give it it's purpose, it's accuracy, it's velocity, and it's force.

I want to believe that we all desire forward progress and success for our careers, our ministry and our lives and just like each part of an arrow plays such a crucial role on it's journey to hitting the mark and making it count, our lives and our decisions along the way are no different. So whether in your personal life, in your career, or in ministry we all desire,
So, whatever creative platform you and I have been entrusted with, we are all Called and Gifted by GOD. We all want to find our Voice and Place in this world. We all want to Share and Contribute something meaningful and lasting. We all want to hit the Mark and make it Count! But like on any journey, there will be times when we do not feel at our best, feel stuck, out of our element, or feel unfulfilled. You see, by giving ourselves permission to step back, reevaluate where we are within our story, and begin asking the right kinds of questions can we begin the process of identifying what we really want, how to overcome anything that might be holding us back, and begin moving in the direction we desire or better yet, in the direction God is calling us towards. That is why this coaching practice and ministry exists here in the Pacific Northwest. If we only get one shot at this life, why not make it count. What target or bullseye are you aiming for and what kind of impact are you hoping to have? Let's explore that together in a coaching session.
